2. Vendor Setup & Arrival

Food truck vendors must arrive early enough to be fully parked, set up, and ready to serve before the event begins at 3:00 PM. Vendors must follow event staff instructions regarding vehicle placement, setup location, and access to the vending area.

3. Operating Hours

Vendors are expected to remain available during the scheduled event hours of 3:00 PM through 7:00 PM unless an alternative arrangement has been approved in advance by the event organizers.

4. Permits, Licenses & Insurance

Each vendor is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all permits, licenses, inspections, insurance coverage, and other approvals required to legally operate and serve food at the event. Vendors may be asked to provide documentation prior to the event.

5. Food Safety & Sanitation

Vendors are responsible for following all applicable food handling, sanitation, health department, and food safety requirements. Each vendor is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe food-service environment throughout the event.

6. Equipment, Power & Generators

Vendors are responsible for providing the equipment, supplies, power sources, and other materials necessary to operate their food truck. Any electrical or special setup requirements must be communicated to the event organizers in advance.

Generators must be operated safely and positioned in a manner that does not create an unreasonable safety concern or interfere with guests, neighboring vendors, or event activities.

7. Vendor Space & Placement

Food truck placement will be determined by the event organizers. Vendors must remain within their assigned location and may not relocate their truck or equipment without approval from an event organizer.

8. Sales & Transactions

Each food truck vendor is responsible for managing its own sales, payment processing, taxes, cash handling, inventory, staffing, pricing, and customer transactions.

Kinergi Services, Kinergi Promotions, and the event venue are not responsible for guaranteeing any specific amount of sales, attendance, or revenue for participating vendors.

9. Cleanliness & Cleanup

Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean vending area throughout the event and for removing all trash, food waste, grease, equipment, supplies, and other materials associated with their operation at the conclusion of the event.

10. Vendor Conduct

Vendors and their staff are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward guests, other vendors, venue staff, and event organizers.

Event organizers reserve the right to require a vendor to stop operations or leave the event if the vendor creates a safety concern, violates event requirements, or significantly disrupts the event.

11. Weather & Event Conditions

The event may be affected by weather, emergencies, venue requirements, or other circumstances outside the control of the organizers. Event organizers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to event operations, timing, vendor placement, or activities when necessary.

12. Vendor Cancellation

Vendors should notify the event organizers as soon as possible if they are unable to participate after being confirmed for the event. Any applicable vendor fees, refunds, or credits will be handled according to the terms communicated by the event organizers.

13. Vendor Responsibility

Vendors are responsible for their own vehicles, equipment, merchandise, employees, contractors, supplies, and personal property while participating in the event.

Each vendor is responsible for the safe operation of its business and for the actions of its employees or representatives while participating in the event.
